● 4 cooked, peeled prawns
● 4 white asparagus tips
● 4 piparra peppers
● 4 pitted green olives
● 4 thick slices of bread
● angel hair noodles
● fennel (or tarragon, thyme or parsely)
● pepper and egg vinaigrette (see previous recipe)
