● 1 kg neck bones or pork loin bones
● 1 kg pork femur bones cut into slices to extract the marrow
● 4 liters of water
● Optional (to add extra fat): ½ kg fresh bacon
● Optional aromatics: 1 onion, cut in half and 10 garlic cloves, peeled
