Fruit cream with agar agar

● 500 ml Natural fruit juice, juice or puree (e.g. strawberries, raspberries, oranges)
● 3 g natural agar-agar powder
● Optional: If we make a fruit puree at home, remember as I say in the lesson to add about 1 gram of citric acid or a few drops of lemon juice (filtered). (Acid is usually added to very sweet fruits, for example: strawberries, pears, papaya)
