● 60 g of sorghum flour
● 60 g buckwheat flour
● 60g corn starch
● 60 g of cassava starch
● 60 g of white rice flour
● 60 g brown rice flour
● 400 cc of filtered water at room temperature
● 1 tbsp. sea salt
● 15g of Psyllium
● 10 g flax meal
● 5 g xanthan gum
● 25 g organic brown sugar
● 2 g granulated dry yeast
● 60 cc of filtered water at 30°C
● 5 cc of vinegar
● 2 cups of small stones
● 1l of boiling water
