● 1 piece of clean and chopped veal trotter
● 1 onion
● 1 carrot
● 1 chilli
● 1 potato
● 1 tomato
● 1 leek
● 1 green pepper
● 150 g chorizo
● 150 g black pudding (especially for this dish)
● 100 g diced cured ham
● 2 tbsp paprika
● 200 g salsa vizcaína
● 100 g tomato sauce
● olive oil
● 1 garlic clove
