French meringue with whipped cream and strawberries

Preparation

  1. Place one meringue over its edge on a serving plate and squeeze a line of whipped cream along the bottom edge to hold it in place. Place another meringue over its edge facing it to form two opposite sides with the tops facing out and the bottoms facing each other.  Repeat this operation with the 12 meringues to make 6 servings.
  2. Place another line of whipped cream between each of the two meringue halves.
  3. Add the diced strawberries and place a final line of whipped cream on top.
  4. Cut the strawberries into quarters and place three on top of each meringue to finish.
